Yes, you can. Seats can be booked for each family member, and in case you’d like to use one car for more than two participants, a dedicated vehicle can be arranged for up to four members. This also comes with a preferential price benefit. For comfort and experience, we limit it to a maximum of four per car.

Depending on the expedition, fleets include supercars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche), luxury SUVs (Range Rover, Mercedes G-Wagon), or rally-tested 4x4s (Toyota Land Cruiser, Nissan Patrol, Ford Ranger, or Toyota Fortuner). Car allocations are on 2 participants per vehicle.

A valid driving license (minimum 5 years) and an International Driving Permit (IDP) are mandatory for all self-drive participants with Insurance.

Only five-star, boutique luxury, or heritage properties are chosen — from The Peninsula Chicago to Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi. In remote locations like Upper Mustang, the finest available boutique/heritage stays are secured.

Luxury accommodations, self-drive fleet allocation, curated cultural/heritage experiences, premium meals, convoy support, concierge, and Madcap Luxe Circle hosting. Flights, visas, insurance, and certain bespoke indulgences are excluded.

A 50% advance is required to confirm your seat, with the balance due 45–60 days prior (depending on expedition). A refundable vehicle security deposit is collected closer to departure.

Refund policies vary by expedition and are clearly detailed in the Agreement. Wherever possible, we accommodate name transfers or credits for future journeys.

Yes, comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all participants. Certain expeditions also require a high-altitude fitness certificate.
