8.2 Where a Traveller voluntarily provides photographs, videos, reviews or testimonials to MAXPL, the Traveller grants MAXPL the rights necessary to use that material for Madcap-related communications and marketing.

8.3 Travellers may contact MAXPL regarding reasonable concerns about specific uses of their personal data or content.

9. DATA RETENTION

9.1 MAXPL shall retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including:
